If so they haven't paid off in coaching hires and for the most part portal pickups.

When you are comfortable about your employment status, you tend to become complacent. After all Maggard begged her to take the job. I would be pretty comfotable too under those circumstances. Kinda takes away your incentive to perform.

Know for a fact that our staff was prioritizing pitching this off season. As of today, they have one pitcher to transfer in who is obviously a project. That is very disappointing and telling.

Lazy recruiting. One phone call, they can make right now, and have a player. The ball is in their hands and they have zero urgency. I have talked to three players who would love to be at UL and would make UL better. Hopefully, they are not looking at people in the FL or TX summer leagues. Those rosters are weak.
