After seeing a few more good pitchers come off the board today, the staff is worse now then at the end of season. Lazy ass recruiting.

Sounds like the “Lady Techster-ization” of our program is nearing completion. Not that I’m the biggest fan of Yvette, but I wonder how she feels watching the program she built seemingly crumbling to the ground.
Sad days for sure.Comment

I checked out the portal last night. Out of the remaining pitchers, only two are left with proven stats. If the Cajuns don't get one of those pitchers, then anyone else will be just a "potential " pitcher. Which means they haven't done anything yet. Still a few decent bats left.Comment

As I have said before, as long as this staff is in place we are in trouble. The program will continue to deterioate to possibly the point of no return. Next year will more than likely be more of the same if not worse results unless she pulls a rabbit out of the hat.Comment

Dakota Redmon [Radford- 3 yr remaining] has decent numbers.I checked out the portal last night. Out of the remaining pitchers, only two are left with proven stats. Emily Delgado [Southern Illinois - 2 yr remaining] has really good stats.
Alyssa Rangel [George Mason - 4 yr remaining] has decent stats.
Lexie Hames [Clemson - 4 yr remaining] has really good stats in limited action.
S. J. Geurin [Auburn - 2 years left] had a shaky year last year, but was really good her first two.
Ainsley Berlingeri [Nevada - 3 years left] has been solid her first two years.
Megan Gregory [Indiana - 2 yr left] was really good her first two years, but saw limited action last year.
Redmon, Delgado and Rangel would be solid, though not spectacular, pickups.
Hames has such a small sample size that she is a gamble, but I think worth a look.
Berlingeri would probably be a steady arm for us.
Geurin and Gregory could be anywhere from very good to not producing at all, but both have shown talent.
After those few, everyone is either not talented enough to play D1 or is a huge gamble.Comment

This offseason will determine whether we go back after 29 years. As of now, we are done.Comment

So that leaves 4. Redmon, Rangel, Berlingeri and Gregory; none outstanding, two decent and two gambles.Comment
