I never liked Prejean. I didn’t want her back after what she did at Northwestern State. The only good thing about her coming back is that she brought Liscano with her.

I like her as a person, but she has limited value as a coach in my opinion. She also convinced Noble to be a Cajun. What did she do at Northwestern State?

Big drop-off in steals. I guess all the bunting led to less steal attempts. Another area the Cajuns must improve in is S & C. The team must get faster, and stronger.

She convinced one player that was in the portal to come to UL. She convinced someone she signed to Northwestern State to flip to UL after she left Northwestern State. Not really the same thing.

The portal opens June 8th, but I have seen some players from around the country announce that they will be entering the portal. Some of the players are really good so hopefully the Cajun coaching staff is ready to start making calls on June 8th!

I am hearing that at least two players have been cut, and a few have been told that they may not play much next season. I would assume those who are being told they may not play much might seek opportunities elsewhere. Stay tuned as I believe more may be asked to leave or leave on their own.

If worst ever team ERA is 3.69 that isnt too bad...would have been 4th place in MLB last season

ERA of 3.69 is for 7 innings. if projected to MLB 9 innings.....4.77

Johnson and Tipton. Some other girls probably may not return due to a lack of opportunities. Also a good chance that a couple of infielders could make the move to outfield, depending on who the program brings in.

I think there's a good chance Brady does not return. If Aly decides not to have him return, she needs to let him know as soon as possible and get another pitching coach on board, like tomorrow.
