For somethings it is wise to spend more on than you have, because the return is more than you spent and then you "have" the future in your hands.
Problem is, it's not a guarantee and that is how deficits can creep in and you are always stuck in the past.

Looking at their parking lots, People may not have issue dropping $100 at Superior or LaFonda or Don’s. They’re
sounds nice but in reality it is not feasible. We have roughly 1000 RCAF members, we don't have 1000 tailgate spots within the fences of Cajun Field.
$200 is nothing to pay for tailgating. Drive around Lafayette on a Friday or Saturday night and see every eating establishment is full. People have no problem dropping $100 on dinner for 2.
definitely full on the weekend.
Look at Cajun Field parking and tailgating on a Saturday. It’s pathetic.
When Cajun Field starts to look like more like a Chili’s on Pinhook crowd vs Don’s or Sarrica’s, you better reevaluate your business strategy. Or, best of luck keeping the lights on by doing the same old same old.

It's all about FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). When people see a full parking lot, they get curious. When they see one that's empty, they keep driving. Hopefully, we can get an AD in here that understands that concept. If it's Trey, then great. If it's not, then hopefully it's someone who can create FOMO through community engagement.Looking at their parking lots, People may not have issue dropping $100 at Superior or LaFonda or Don’s. I also think it's time to start RCAF townhall meetings.👍 2Comment

He's set where he is now, including getting some sort of "of the year" award from that city. We need new blood, new ideas, a national search for competent individual who has a strong lean into marketing and fund raising. By now, there's probably a short list of candidates being worked.👍 1Comment
