You knew that was going to happen. Whenever someone does not want to follow a NCAA rule they file a lawsuit.

The only ones that have a case are the class of 26 who are completely shut out after 4 years. Everyone else needs to grow up, follow the rules, & move on with their lives once the 5 years is up.

IMO this 5 in 5 rule is a step in the right direction. What's been happening with having all these 6, 7,8 year college athletes was another NFLization of college sports. This isn't supposed to be like Animal House where you stay in college forever.
