FDL Stickers and New Traditions!?

I am advocating putting FDL pride stickers back on the helmet. Also yall might think this is dumb but as Mississippi State does with the cowbells, I think we should make it a tradition that we all have musical triangles as noise makers on 3rd downs

What are other traditions y'all can come up with on Game Day?

noise makers are banned in stadiums, MS St is just a situation that they are a grey area. Thats why when we played them in the dome they weren't allowed to bring their cowbells. Also side note you have to gifted your cowbell you aren't supposed to buy one for yourself

THE CRAWFISH PINCH

1. Make your hand like a crawfish claw.
Open and close it.

2. Pinch on the beat:
SNAP… SNAP‑SNAP… SNAP

3. While you pinch, everyone yells:

“SNAP! SNAP! SNAP!”

4. The song just repeats that beat and chant.
Crowd keeps pinching and yelling


Example is in the attachment Had to shorten it up because of the size, But it would be just repeated over and over.

For starters:
Play the Gator Growl throughout the game for 1st downs, scores and great defensive plays.
Have a yell that that whole stadium can say continuously throughout the game. Ragin - Cajuns. Cajuns Fight. Geaux Cajuns. We need fans to be interactive and engaged, much like the 7th inning stretch for baseball. In the absence of that, it is a boring game and the fans lose interest.
With a new band leader, time to change the band's repertoire. Where is this guy from? Does he have any ideas that he might have picked up at another school? This needs to be addressed with him now in preparation for the season.
Consider adding March Grandioso that Texas and several Big 12 schools play at each pre-game or halftime. Texas also plays the Eyes of Texas and the Yellow Rose of Texas. Great Tradition. Find a song that captures Louisiana as Our Theme, much like Texas, West Virginia and Tennessee have. Get all fans to sing along. Post words on video screen.

It can't continue to be the same old, same old game atmosphere if we want to keep fans returning and add new fans. How about getting the athletic department to form a committee addressing all of this, particularly with the new band director and find new direction for football (and basketball) games? Baseball and softball games have "it". It is imperative we develop something new for football. All of the P5 schools have "it", yet we learn nothing from playing them.
