He was the number one ranked first baseman in state of Oregon when he came out of high school. Big physical kid which we need some home run pop. Good pickup for us.

Looks like he missed a big chunk of last season, his last game was April 7th, but the team played all the way to May 17th. On the season he had a .318 BA 4 HomeRuns and 28 RBI's in 36 games played.

Now this is great news!!!!! The young nucleus is back. Any word on Josh Lim? I like the way he played down the stretch and gives you a nice replacement for Mandino off the bench.

Deggs is doing something special.....clear message that Freshmen get fair chance to play and contribute year 1.

Most of 1-9 lineup returning is really great news. Don't know about any Freshman pitching coming in.....but we clearly needed a MUCH deeper bullpen to compete past 3 games in regionals. Optimistic Deggs can plug these holes for 27
