Crazy luck for Troy to be hosting a 4 seed. Definitely a good look for the ‘Belt! Maybe next year will make 3 years in a row in the CWS for the Sunbelt.

A lot of talk about the parity in baseball which I think is great. Crazy that the SBC's two top teams go out 0-2 but Troy is hosting a SR and primed to go to Omaha. Really happy for those guys and will be cheering them on. SBC success means Cajuns success over the long run.

Parity in baseball (and softball) will always have new faces ... but it will never die.

The problem for true parity is bull pens.....with higher roster limits in college than in pro, the p4s will usually be able to wear down the g5 with so many games played in such a short time as a region... Also factor in the recent increase in scholarships, one could argue some of those extra p4 BP arms should have been g5 starters
