Curious what others thought. I think Glasco overcoached that whole series. Sent wrong message to his team going to his #3 arm early in game 1, walking Stewart instead of trusting his million dollar arm to get her and putting the go-ahead run in scoring position, putting a girl in LF who makes a 12u OF mistake to cost them a run.

Felt bad for their SS b/c she completely shut down after the error gave UT the lead. But her coach put her in that position imo.

Once they let pitchers do whatever they wanted, I stopped paying attention.

I suppose could be a silver lining...usually people doing something for money would not likely work extra. I.e. "over" coach" or over anything...maybe he wanted it more as they say, so i suppose cant fault over coaching in this scenario

                  Ahhh makes sense. Thanks!!!
watched a few highlights. I cant really see exaggerated leaping or crow hopping. Even during the last few years of the old rule, and when i watched more, when a pitcher would be called for it, it seems they were pulling the leg up rather than pushing off strong to push the foot up, doesnt seem like they were gaining an advantage

Glasco always overcoaches and always panics. We saw that with all the pitching changes. One knows how to coach, and the other is just hoping the talent shows up. Correct, how do you pay your best pitcher that kind of money to walk their best hitter?

How did he put the SS in that position? She is a sophomore team captain.

Seriously I had read "Natty" was coming when I was searching Brian Mitchell's Hall of Fame possibility/probability.

Intentional walk put go-ahead run in scoring position and made an error that much more costly. An intentional walk by the P he said multiple times is one of the greats.

She still should have made the play.

The reason Texas Tech lost is because their $2 million pitcher gave up back-to-back singles to their #7 and #8 hitter. And, because they could not hit Texas's #2 pitcher.

As I've always said, at this level, it all comes down to pitching.

I here people coming away from this concluding that a championship can't be bought. But in this day and age all championships are bought. Texas just got more for thier money.
