Originally the plan was to have it in LF. The main reason it will be in RF is because the utilities are already in that area. Insufficient utilities in LF caused the change to RF.

The university should put out a press release of some kind updating the fan base as to where the project stands financially and what monies are needed to get this project complete. A little transparency and a public plea or marketing campaign showing some conceptual drawings would go a long way to get this done.

You would think that would be something we didnt have to ask/suggest they do.

Fueled by record-setting capital gifts and sellouts of premium seating at both Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium and M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Department and Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Foundation (RCAF) announced that $20.7 million was raised during the 2024-25 fiscal year.
