Dr Kolluru the people who sit in the McElligott Club Level north of the 50 yard line would like to thank you. As you know last year on the north end of the club area there was a fast grab and go concession stand for drinks and a quick snack. That was merely a few steps away from our seats. Doc I am sure you are also aware of the fact that, that quick and convenient concession area was removed this year, so that you could rope off the area and have your fancy private reception, separated from everyone else in the room. Therefore we would like to thank you for doing so. We hated the fact that we used to be able to use the restroom and get a beer during a commercial break and be back in our seat before play resumes. Heck all of last year when we were able to get that quick beer run, we would look completely across the McElligott and think, boy do I wish I could get my beer way over there and miss a series or 2 before getting back to my seat, because this convenience stuff that I paid good money for really sucks. lol.
All joking aside Dr Kolluru, I do want to thank you because your actions of taking this away, from so many who have paid very good money for the amenities the McElligott Club has to offer, shows us how you really feel about the paying customers. You can say what you want to try and engage with the customer, but your actions are much louder than your words. I hope you enjoy your private party the rest of the year. I am sure it is much more important than all those people sitting right outside of the window from you, that you have deprived of quick convenient service.
