Two coaches that will be on the hot seat with a new AD are Habetz and Dez. Both need big years this upcoming season. Deggs is safe because of his results overall; White is safe because he is so new, but any incoming AD will look at the results of softball and football and want/expect more.

What if the new AD is Jessica Leger? Would she hold Alyson and her staff accountable?

He is not. He helped us get to the R1 designation. I listened to him give a speech once. He really cares about the university. He will find a way.
