The word is, two donors each gave $100,000. She has gotten two players in the portal. I doubt very seriously if they each got $100,000.

10 kids did consider entering the portal. Only 5 ended up entering. You would be surprised who the other 5 were.

Not trying to be negative. I think she has some potential, but there is a reason she is still in the portal. Maybe the injury scared some teams off, or maybe teams don't see the potential. Only time will tell. The Cajuns need her to work out.

That's the point that I have been trying to make. Deggs raised money to get more money than what he had. Crickets from softball to raise more money. That's the frustrating thing.

Only three players deserved NIL money period. If any more got money UL needs to ask for a refund.

They have signed more hitters than pitchers. Pitching should have been the priority from the start.

This is someone who played at a lower school than UL, and it's a position of need for UL. Maybe they should take a chance on her. From the report I have of the kid, she is just the type of player the Cajuns need. Not great stats, but enough to fill a void.
