He's right, one @lafayette is enough. After that it's Louisiana or University of Louisiana, or UL.

Those aren’t the only choices…

One of the “branding” problems that UL faces is that people look at it as a lower-tier school. Using improper grammar is not a great way to combat that perception. It’s great that UL is a place to waterski, watch sports and do interpretive dance, but it’s also an institution of higher learning.
