Note Cupid's son is a freshman walkon for the Cajuns. May be little expense here as he may be performing at no cost to the program. Hopefully it is a successful fund raiser for MBB. I don't know details but I understand the recent golf tournament was successful. The We're Talkin' podcast was one of the hole sponsors and had a good spot on the massive sheet showing all sponsors. Hopefully we have some exciting basketball to discuss this coming year. -

"Back to Blackham" event
The UL Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball program will tip off the 2026-27 season with a “Back to Blackham” event on Friday, Sept. 25 at Blackham Coliseum.
The unique event includes a special concert featuring Coteau Grove, Cupid and Lil' Nathan while fans get a chance to see coach Quannas White's team for the first time.

I think you are correct. It will be a turning point one way or the other. After all of the bold talk and predictions from Q last preseason only to lead to a very disappointing season there won't be many more opportunities to really convert this fanbase. Talking big can excite some fans but you have to make it happen on the court to keep them. You put it together this season, you bring back a lot of those previous fans. You give them another stinker season, you may lose them for good.
