Thanks, Cajun Fever, for contributing. I am in the middle of the RCAF pack. My total contributions last year were $3000, not counting what we spend at events. You have to get people who cannot afford the contribution into the tailgate area. And you have to pull them out of the eating establishments into Cajun Field. What do you propose to do? As cajun4life stated, "the RCAF fees are steep. Especially for the product on the field." How do you suggest we deal with that?

The min RCAF level is $250 to get an assigned spot--you can spread that out over 1 year--that is $21 a month. How many people spend more than $20 at 7 Brew or Starbucks every month.....$20 a month is not steep for most people.

If you don't want to do that, there is an option to purchase tailgate spots on a per game basis. They have allowed that the past couple of years. I believe the cost is around $100 per game.

We are alienating thousands and thousands of people who support the Cajuns and would like to be involved but don’t live and breathe Cajun athletic events. We have to capture the people who just want something to do if we are ever going to grow. The all or nothing isn’t working.
