That way, we will have secured both positions where we don’t have to worry about having to hire a replacement for either any time soon. Will give us all peace of mind to focus on other things.

Anyone know if Maggard recommended anyone to replace him? Maybe a good opportunity to promote from within to make sure we continue the cULture we have cultivated. It would require some creative fundraising, but maybe we can afford to promote the equipment manager or even someone on the grounds crew.

Probably better than my idea. It would be very challenging for Coach Dez to run a football program in this NIL era AND have AD duties. However, since Cajun Field and The Tigue are all turf, the groundskeeper probably has the available bandwidth.

He makes about $800K base; going from $800k to $830k doesn't make a significant difference. Plus, it is a stupid idea.

Maggard is best known for his head coach hirings. First, he hired Billy Napier to lead the football program, followed by Michael Desormeaux.

Matrix Shad, the Shrimp Creole color. 1/8 oz jig head, so it doesn’t go all the way to the bottom.

I’m not sure if I own a single spinner bait.
