    Akron - home
    TSAB - away
    San Franscico - away
    USC - away

One bid league still. Just need to get a good seed and make a run at the end in the tournament.

Wonder if we are getting paid for those games or if they are part of an MTE. We may be getting paid some amount regardless. I predicted earlier that our financial issues would cause basketball to play more money games on the road. Don't be surprised if some home games are non D1 again as you pay those guys 20 grand to come vs 60 grand for SWAC teams. The attendance difference is not enough to make up the difference. Still, I hope they are no more than 1 or 2 games.

Over 2/3 of the basketball leagues are one bid leagues. Usually only 8 of 32 conferences get more than 1 bid. Our situation is far from unique. Still a good point is made that we need a good seed to make a run due to the way the SBC tournament is conducted. Recall seeds 11 to 14 have to win 7 straight games while seeds 1 and 2 only need to win 2 games.

Louisiana men's basketball will head west for a pair of non-conference games this November as part of the 2026 Acrisure Series in Palm Springs, CA.

Louisiana will open the event against San Francisco on Nov. 18 before taking on USC on Nov. 22.

Did Louisiana ever play San Francisco when Jessie Evans coached there?

Would a universal "I got dibs" calendar be out of the realm of possibilities?
