Louisiana is adding new oversight for people who want to represent high school and college athletes in name, image, and likeness deals.

A new registration portal through the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office is now live. It requires people representing themselves as athlete agents to register with the state before working with athletes on NIL-related opportunities.
