The Sun Belt, in its current config, will cease to exist when the next media negotiations approach.

What a silly, BS $ #. That's saying we're all going to take ourselves off the market forever and then drown together. Fair and reasonable exit fees should be no more than 1 x the SBC's smallish annual media payout. That's plenty of protection for left behind conf. members. Hope our new UL President puts his foot down on this one and others as well.

Conference exit fees should never exceed the total annual media rights payout that each school individually receives.
