He was in the dugout without any sort of ice or wrap around his wrist after being pulled, and was definitely celebrating after the final out. Didn’t look like a guy that had a serious hand/wrist injury, but we’ll see.

Have not heard anything yet. Losing him would be an extremely tough loss. Hoping for the best for the young man.

Losing him would be bad, but Maddox Mandino filled in nicely for him, plus getting Collins back definitely softened the blow a little.

Indeed ... bad ... especially when you see his game elevating at the right time. Mandino has filled in nicely. Probably the biggest impact is the loss of depth (forced into using that depth to build your starting lineup). Having Lewis in CF provides options late in the game to bring in a dangerous PH in a critical situation ... in this case, a lefty in Mandino.

Just listened to the pregame interview with Coach Deggs. Noah Lewis’ name didn’t even come up, much less asking about his status.

Freshman pitcher Bryce Wilson left a game mid-season, pointing at his elbow. Not one question in any media session, pregame interview, or podcast interview has been asked about Wilson’s status.

I get HIPPA laws and all of that, but schools across the country list their injury reports every game. And our local media doesn’t even ask about guys who get hurt.

The news about Mark Collins’ broken thumb came from Bab mentioning it during a game broadcast. Is the local media being told NOT to ask about injuries? Information was given about Rigo’s broken arm, and that was discussed. So is the local media just oblivious to these things and just not asking?

            It’s very strange.

The baseball Twitter mentioned that Noah Lewis is in uniform and that his availability is TBD.

                Thanks.

Another one is Josh Lim. Deggs said in passing the other day that he “is down”. No follow up on that at all either.

I believe I saw Lim in a boot yesterday if I’m not mistaken.
