"...I always say, you gotta run the ball to win at some point."

Well, you also have to take what the defense is giving you. Last offensive drive we were up 31 to 26, they were stacking the box the entire drive. Make. Them. Pay.

Why are you calling plays coach? You didn't call them as a QB in college, you didn't call plays as a TE coach. You might have called them as a HS coach but that was never why they hired you. Why are you calling plays coach?

Last three drives of the game took was a whopping 9 plays for a total 2:51 seconds.

Really an incredible job of shortening the game, straight to a loss. Which he has done on more than 1 occasion.

The craziest part of all of this fan backlash is that the overwhelming majority of fans want him to succeed. He just has to get out of his own way.

Unfortunately it seems that he is to darn stubborn to make the choice of handing over the play call sheet to people who have done it before.

If he had been an OC and a highly successful one I might have a different opinion. Just like Napier, he’s proven to be a tremendous program builder and like Napier his stubbornness will get him fired from his dream job.

He is in his 5th season and has a losing record against FBS schools. It wouldnt even be close if it wasnt for Ben and Chandler
