The historic Old Castillo Hotel in St. Martinville held its official reopening today, Wednesday, Oct. 21, following extensive refurbishments led by a new management team. Located along Bayou Teche near the Evangeline Oak, the nearly two-century-old property has returned to service as a seven-bedroom hotel.
