Pressure is on for UL football’s cornerbacks this season, and the group is responding
It's no big secret one of the big goals to be achieved during August camp for the UL Ragin' Cajuns was shoring the pass defense.
And no, pass defense doesn't start and end with the cornerbacks, but coach George Barlow's unit certainly plays a big role in that endeavor.
"I feel like the guys have been really consistent for the most part in camp at the corner position," said Barlow, whose Cajuns are preparing to take on Lamar at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5 at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium.
